Great kit, delivery was good

I bought the 'Moving Mechanical Model' kit, the one with the rotating gears. Ordering was straightforward on their site; I found what I wanted pretty fast. It arrived in about six days, which was two days earlier than the tracking said. The packaging was sturdy, no dents or anything. All the pieces were there and the stainless steel felt really high quality. Building it was a good challenge, definitely for intermediate builders like me. The instructions were clear enough. The model works perfectly, looks great on my desk. Support wasn't needed, everything was smooth.

Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered the 'Train Model Kit' a few weeks ago. The kit itself was solid, high quality metal, and all the parts were present. It was a fun build, and the finished train looks really good. My only small complaint was that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around nine days, even though it was supposed to be 5-7. Customer service was helpful when I inquired, they got back to me within a day. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the value for what I paid, just wish shipping was a tad faster.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third purchase from Metal Time; I got the 'Aviation Model' this time, specifically the biplane. I keep coming back because their kits are reliably good. The quality of the stainless steel is always top-notch, and the precision of the cuts makes assembly so much smoother than other brands I've tried. Shipping was quick again, arrived in under a week, just like my previous orders. The instructions were clear, as usual. It's nice knowing what to expect in terms of both product and service. They haven't disappointed me yet.
